Designing Your Landscape in Long Island, NY

To begin the design process, we at Gold Coast Property Maintenance, Inc like to meet with you to discuss your visions and get feedback on your likes and dislikes about different landscape concepts.

For example, tell us the colors you would enjoy or not enjoy. You may also have a particular plant you might remember in your yard as a child and may or may not want in your garden. While we are there, we will also take pictures of your yard for the next phase of the design process.

All of our designs are made on a computer with computer imaging or a computerized site plan when needed. Our second meeting is to present you with before and after views (see the computer imaging page for details) of the areas that need addressing. You will also receive a proposal that lists the work to be performed. If changes are needed to be made to the design, we will re-work the proposal to meet your requests.

To proceed with our proposal, we will meet you to go over our contract and have you sign it. We will give you a start date for work to begin. The transformation has now started. We will work hard to create a new and exciting landscape for your family to enjoy. Call today to get started.
